01 General Terms

By using the fry999 website and mobile application (bundles.fry999.app), you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the fry999 platform.

It is your responsibility to read this entire document carefully before registering on fry999 or using any of its services. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Fry999 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Registration

To open an account with fry999, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each individual may only open one account.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to fry999 immediately.

Account Verification Process

After registration, fry999 may verify your identity and age. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. The following documents are typically required:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Proof of payment method ownership

03 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

Fry999 is firmly committed to protecting minors from gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed, and all winnings and balances will be forfeited.

Fry999 may request identity verification documents from any user at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

04 Deposits & Payments

• All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

05 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from fry999:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold in cases of suspicious activity until an investigation is completed.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on fry999:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets will be declined if your account has insufficient balance at the time of placement.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted once an event has started.
• Fry999 reserves the right to void any bet placed with erroneous odds.

Misconduct & Fraud

Arbitrage betting, use of bots, odds manipulation, and any other form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All fry999 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be read before acceptance.

• The welcome bonus applies once to your first deposit only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus misuse or abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Fry999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

09 Account Closure & Restrictions

Fry999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Bonus abuse or manipulation.
• Fraudulent betting activity.
• Hacking or any attempt at unauthorized access.
• Allowing minors to access or use the account.
• Money laundering or any other illegal activity.
